Drugov Mikhail

SAFMAR Charitable Foundation Professor and Deputy Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at NES. Holds a Research Fellow position in the Center for Economic and Policy Research (CEPR).

He received his PhD in economics from the University of Toulouse (with highest honors), master's degree from the New Economic School and the Higher School of Economics in 2001 and bachelor's degree in economics from the Higher School of Economics in 1999. He was a post-doc researcher at the Oxford University and worked at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and University of Warwick.
