Admissions information

NES accepts applications for the following master programs:

 ‘Master of Arts in Economics’ (MAE), 2-year program

 ‘Master of Arts in Finance’ (MAF), 2-year program

‘Master of Science in Finance’ (MSF), 1-year program

Applicants can apply for several programs at the same time.

Entry requirements

The applicant should submit scans of the following documents by July 20, 2023:

1. Higher education diploma with supplements (legalized in the prescribed manner).
2. Certificate of recognition of a higher education diploma from a foreign state.
3. Scan of the passport page with photograph and visa (if available).
4. photos/scans of the documents should be in jpg or png format, not more than 300 pixels in length.
5. For programs ‘Master of Arts in Finance’ (MAF), ‘Master of Science in Finance’ (MSF), a Motivation letter is required.
6. International applicants should supply International certificates (certificates accepted by NES are listed in the section ‘international certified tests’).

MATHEMATICS
ENGLSIH

A motivation letter and an on-line interview are additional requirements for the programs ‘Master of Arts in Finance’ (MAF), ‘Master of Science in Finance’ (MSF).

‘Master of Arts in Economics’ (MAE) – 12 points

 ‘Master of Arts in Finance’ (MAF), Master of Science in Finance’ (MSF)– 10 points

ENGLISH

For all programs there is a maximum of 10 points.

Internationally certified tests

The following English language and Mathematics qualifications are accepted as evidence of competence.

MATHEMATICS

GRE Subject Test in Mathematics is accepted at all the programs.

‘Master of Arts in Finance’ (MAF), ‘Master of Science in Finance’ (MSF) also accept  the results of the GRE General (Quantitative section) and GMAT (Quantitative section).

The test scores are converted into the NES scale score according to the following table:

You need to provide us with the original certificate if you or the testing organization have not sent it to us by post.

We accept the following English language tests:

TOEFL IBT (TEST OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE, INTERNET-BASED TESTING)

IELTS (INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING SYSTEM, ACADEMIC)

CAE (CERTIFICATE IN ADVANCED ENGLISH)

СРЕ (CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH)

BEC H (BUSINESS ENGLISH CERTIFICATES HIGHER)

The test scores are converted into the NES scale score according to the following table:
