Boardrooms

There are meeting and conference rooms on the second, third, and fourth floors of the NES campus. The rooms are equipped with technical tools for presentations, Skype/Zoom conferences, and telephone conversations. The maximum capacity of the meeting rooms is 12 people; the least capacity is 5 people.

Professors and staff may reserve any of the available rooms through the secretary at [email protected].

The following information for reservation:

1. Meeting room number,
2. Date and time of the reservation (indicating the start and end of the event),
3. Event's purpose.
