Appointment & Cancellation Policies

1. Though we typically offer consultations both at the Skolkovo campus and online, while NES is in online mode, the WCC will remain so as well. 

2. All feedback is delivered synchronously, meaning that there must be an interaction between the client and the consultant. We do not comment on work submitted by email, even as a follow-up to a prior appointment.

3. Appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

4. You may only hold one appointment at a time. Once that appointment is over, you will be allowed to register a new one on my.nes. 

5. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or failures to cancel appointments in a timely fashion can result in the suspension of WCC privileges.
