If you are a current NES student and are interested in going abroad during your degree programme, you could think about taking part in an exchange programme.

To be eligible for an exchage program, you must complete your first year of study.

Applications for the spring semester abroad are open till September 15, for the fall semester till March 28.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Choose your exchange institution and consider 2 alternatives as a back up. Attach a motivation letter. Complete the form.
2. When/If selected, provide a study plan for your time abroad. It needs to be approved by the academic director of your program.
3. If your application is successful, you will be nominated to your exchange institution. At this stage we will require the following documents: a scan of your passport (valid 6 months after the visa expiration date), transcript of records, language test (for some universities), recommendations (for some universities).
4. You will be contacted by the exchange institution with instructions on how to complete their application process. 

Please strongly consider your application. It is very unfortunate if you are selected and decide not to go without a strong reason. It often means other people cannot go to the place you were selected for.
