ADMISSIONS POLICY and PROCEDURES

1. NES accepts citizens of any country which was formerly part of the Soviet Union. Applicants must have a Bachelor Degree, any University degree or be currently working toward a University degree. Applicants should have at least four years of university education.

2. Equal rights are granted to all seeking admission, regardless of nationality, race, sex, language, social origin, conviction, party membership, religion, type of occupation, age, place of residence, and type of university education which the applicant has, or is, completing.
